3. Orders

Orders are placed online through the process provided on the Site.
Once the order is submitted, a pro forma invoice is automatically sent by email along with payment instructions.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of the payment or proof of bank transfer.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Standard delivery is free of charge. An express delivery option (within 5 business days) is available for €15.

  • Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
